New Chapters Group Coaching Program

What is the New Chapters Program?

  • A six-week program that will help you determine what you want the next chapter in your career to look like, develop a plan to get there, and provide a community to support you on the journey.

  • Each 2-hour session will be part workshop and part group coaching.

  • I will guide you through my proven career change strategy and introduce you to tools and strategies to help you navigate your career change.

Who is the program for?

Federal workers and contractors who have unexpectedly lost their jobs and are trying to figure out their next career move.

Career Growth

What will the program give you?

  • A step-by-step strategy with weekly goals to help you land the job you want.

  • Effective tools and strategies for finding your next role, like how to stand out on LinkedIn so recruiters are coming to you.

  • Guidance on translating your skills to the private or non-profit sector.

  • Control over what your next chapter will be.

  • A compassionate community of peers writing their next chapter alongside you.

Why partner with me?

  • I’ve done this before. In 2020, during the pandemic, I completely changed my career. I pivoted from 15 years in Community Engagement and Arts Management to Organizational Development Consulting and for Federal Clients, doubling my salary.

  • I have experience in the Federal Government, the private sector, and non-profits, so I can help you translate your skills.

  • I am a supportive coach who will customize this experience for you. This is NOT a cookie-cutter program.
